Currently, we are expanding to the entirety of Europe. Part of your job will be to help Icetubs expand to the USA, Australia, The Middle East and eventually the entire world.

You get into the office in Badhoevedorp, you talk with colleague's with a good cup of coffee. You start the day by checking the operational dashboard to see if everything is still running smoothly. Then you start to work on your plans to expand operations in the USA.

You work very closely with Beni, our managing director. In the operational meeting you will discuss the roadmap, potential problems, solutions etc. This is where you make the best plans to facilitate the growth of Icetubs.

You noticed that some of our buy-in products are relatively expensive. You contacted a few suppliers and have meetings to discuss the specific needs we have.

You eat with your colleagues, talk about life, play some table football or darts and take the time to recharge.

You are owner of a few projects to implement new and better processes within the company. You're working on setting up some new SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the sales and invoicing. You're also seeing some problems with returns and see some possibilities to improve there.

Wednesday is checkday! You check if all the procedures you setup are still being used correctly and if there are any issue's.
